Because we offer an extraordinary product we believe in, you should have an extraordinary guarantee. At Madera Mañana, we have a very unique guarantee on all our art gallery furniture.
1. There is a 60-day, no questions asked return policy.* ***
2. If you already own a Madera Mañana Collection piece and your needs change or you move to a different home or business and you need a smaller or larger piece, please contact us. You can bring the piece back for a full credit on a different furniture piece from the gallery or our warehouse. If you aren’t sure exactly what you want, you can sit down with one of our designers and come up with a unique piece that fits your changing needs. From the beginning, our client satisfaction is the reason we created something we believe should be an industry standard return policy. **
* All returns are inspected to determine any need for refurbishment. If the piece needs refurbishing because of scratches or light damage, then we charge a restocking fee of $395. If the piece is heavily damaged, then we assess the actual value of the piece with the client and give a gallery credit of the newly assessed value.
** The credit given can be used for a new piece of equal or greater value, and the credit must be used for either finished pieces on hand or one that we create for you. You have 90 days to use the credit or it is forfeited.
*** This does not apply to epoxy river tables or pieces in which epoxy has been used extensively.
